His mother and father were magicians and taught Jake the arts of magic. One day while they were sleeping, Jake heard a scream in his parents room. He went to check but he saw the bed bloody with his father dead, but his mother was still alive. Jake acted quickly and ran as fast as he could to get his wand, but he was too late. When he came back, his parents were dead. Since his mother could not find her wand, she ended up being killed by the abnormalities. He was furious and used his powers to kill the abnormalities. After he killed them, he quickly ran to his sister’s room, woke her up, and ran outside the house. He was only 13 at the time. Ever since that night, he swore that he would fight the abnormalities for his parents sake.
